Spring is here!

Now is the season for spring cleaning, garden planting, and more hours in the day to be active and using your body!  All the more reason to slow down, take some deep breaths, and tune into your muscles!  With increased activity  and exercise it is common to feel tension in neck, shoulder, chest and low-back muscles.  If you have recently taken up biking or running again as the weather clears up, you may be also feeling more awareness of your hips, thighs, and calves.  Extra tension can certainly be worked out through postural adjustments and conscientious stretching, and of course throwing a massage into the mix can only expedite your progress towards feeling fabulous again!  If you’ve read to the end of this post, mention it to me after your session and I’ll apply a $5.00 discount through the end of May 2015!
